Self-love is the act of caring for and prioritizing one's own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, accepting oneself as is, and setting healthy boundaries.

Here're tips to increase your self-love:

1. Acknowledge and accept your realities. 2. Become mindful of your wants and needs.

3. Reorient your ideas about codependency, personal freedom, commitment, etc. 4. Act on what you need, rather than what you want.

5. Practice good self-care with good nutrition, adequate exercise and sleep, and healthy relationships. 6. Consider self-help mindfulness techniques like meditation,  yoga, behavioral training, etc.

7. Boost your self-esteem by developing a hobby or learning a skill. 8. Be mindful of the needs and intentions of other people around you.

9. Disengage yourself from toxic and tiring relationships. 10. Address your untreated trauma and ill feelings. If possible, try holding open conversations with the people you resent.
