Anxiety May Stay, But It Doesn’t Have to Rule – Mental Health

Anxiety may never fully disappear, but it doesn’t have to rule your life. It can be tamed, softened, and managed. With tools, support, and compassion, you can live a full life with anxiety as a passenger, not the driver.

Many people expect to “cure” anxiety, but often the goal is management, not elimination. Breathing practices, grounding exercises, therapy, and medication when needed help reduce its impact. Accepting anxiety without letting it control decisions is a path toward freedom.
