Trauma may shape your story, but it does not define your entire book. You are more than the worst thing that happened to you. Healing means writing new chapters where love, safety, and peace take the lead.
Trauma survivors often feel consumed by their past. While painful events influence behavior and beliefs, they do not erase the possibility of growth. Through therapy, self-compassion, and supportive relationships, survivors can reclaim authorship of their lives. Healing allows trauma to become one chapter, not the whole story.
